American Donuts

        American Donuts are a highly consumed dessert in the United States. Calories are high. But don’t consume too much! It’s damaging your physical health. One of the biggest challenges of diets for many people is the prohibition or limitation of sweet consumption. Many people leave their diet during the day due to the sweet crisis.
        Especially today, obesity is increasing. I’m always against ready-made food. Doughnuts are made with too much sugar in some places. As you know, excess glucose is stored in the body and converted into fat. If you don’t take precautions, you may find yourself in an American documentary, “Heavy Lives”. So buy well-made places. Don’t buy it everywhere! I suggest you eat occasionally to satisfy ourselves and reduce our desire to eat something sugary. Because we’re going to die at the end of the story. Ingredients for American Donuts

  • 2 eggs
  • Half pack yeast
  • Half a glass of oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 4 glasses of flour

Preparation:

  1. Melt the yeast in water. 3 spoons sugar and stir. Add flour to the kneading bowl.
  2. Add the yeast and other ingredients. Knead the dough nicely.
  3. Open 1 cm or 1 finger thick with roller.Cut circles with a large mouthed water glass.Cut the middle with a smaller circle and empty them.
  4. Put the dough on the baking paper, let it sit.You’ll see it swell. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until it swells.
  5. When it comes out of the oven, let it cool down a little.Then decorate it as you wish.
