Homemade Pastry

Have you tried the homemade pastry recipe? This food is a little different because we’re going to use tomato paste. Yes really! Believe me, it’s really delicious! Have you tried omelettes with tomato paste, for example? If you haven’t tried, I suggest.

Even though these things happen, people are still ignorant, still reckless, and worst of all, they’re still far from human… How strange it is… Anyway, I think we’re going to cry more for a more conscious world. 🙂 

Ingredients for Homemade Pastry:

  • 2.5 cups flour (about 300 grams)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Half (½) packet age yeast (21 grams)
  • ½ Cup cold water
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams margarine
  • 25 grams butter
  • One teaspoon pepper paste
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Inner material of dough:

  • 100 grams crumbled feta
  • 100 grams curd cheese
  • Half a bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin

For the last phase:

  • Yolks of 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk

How to make a Different Pastry?

  1. Mix the flour, salt, caster sugar and yeast in the dough mixing bowl.
  2. Add water, eggs, sauces and oils. Knead until you have a smooth dough.
  3. Then put the dough into a lidded bowl. Close the lid and rest for 1 hour to be fermented. If you do not have a container with a lid, you can also use stretch film or cloth. It doesn’t matter.
  4. Then mix the cheeses well in a bowl. We’ll put the cheese in the dough.
  5. Cut the dough into tangerine-sized pieces.
  6. Roll each piece of dough with your hand and place 1 tsp or so of the inside material into each dough.
  7. Then, place the baking paper on the tray and set the dough at intervals. Stir in the egg yolk and milk. Then rub this mixture over the dough with a brush.
  8. Finally, bake in a 180 degree oven for half an hour or so. (25-30 minute.)  Do not forget to check. No one wants it to burn! (180℃= 356℉)
