Semolina Cake 

We’re together after a long break with the semolina cake recipe. it’s also known as’ rava cake’. But we’ll make a difference. We’ll use turmeric in the cake. I don’t know if you’ve tried it before. You may not like and you can love it, too.
You can also use it for breakfast cakes. Now get to the good stuff. The cake recipe? No that’s not it. 🙂 So that you don’t regret it, if there is anything in you, say it. That was today’s teaching. That’s exactly what I just did. I said about 1 hour ago what I haven’t been able to say in a year. And now I’m at peace. Why? Because I won’t regret not saying it. I’ll say I said it and leave my soul alone. I won’t bother him all the time! If you have something inside of you, go and say it. It doesn’t matter who, what, how.

Ingredients for Semolina Cake:

  • 150 grams semolina
  • 125 grams flour
  • 150 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered turmeric
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 1 coffee cup orange juice (60 millilitres)
  • 25 grams butter
  • 50 milliliters of liquid oil
  • 1 tsp tahini

How to make Rava Cake?

  1. In a large bowl, add the following respectively: Sifted flour, semolina, sugar, dough baking powder and turmeric. Then mix nicely. (Do it by hand, don’t use mixers!)
  2. Add the oil, orange juice, tahini, butter and milk. Mix with plastic spatula. You can mix it with something else.
  3. Pour the prepared dough into a medium-sized cake mold.  Then leave to stand at room temperature for 1 hour. (Oil the floor of the cake mold before pouring the dough into the cake mold.)
  4. Bake the dough in a 200-degree oven for 25-30 minutes. (200℃= 392.0℉)
  5. After taking the cake out of the oven, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar if you want. Or you can decorate it any way you want. Bon Appétit!
